1. Handling Cash Counter : Cash receipt, cash payment, maintaining
inward & outward of cash, maintaining cashier’s scroll and chs
denomination registers.
2. Daybook, updating journal ledger and Trail Balance.
3. Mantaining Bond Registers :- Handling Accounting of all types of bond
entries & bond close at branch level, maintaining bond registers and file,
maintaining temporary receipt file and registers.
4. Taking daily report, various monthly reports, leave calculations,
attending procedures and computer backups.
5. Supervision & Finalization of Accounts.
6. Coordinate with regional Office and Corporate office. Provide all types
of Reprt to RO & CO as per intimation.
8. Reporting of whole days branch functioning at RO level including
Chairman Sir’s report, Allied Report etc. at evening of every day closure.
9. Coordinate with regional Office and Corporate office. Provide all types
of Reprt to RO & CO as per intimation.
10. Reporting of whole days branch functioning at RO level including
Chairman Sir’s report, Allied Report etc. at evening of every day closure.
8. Taxation (Filing of Return, Advance tax Computation, Assessment,
Appeal, etc.
9. Liaison Work With banks & Other Financial Institutions

11. Preparation of Salary Sheet
12. Preparation of ESI & EPF
13. Service Tax Returns, Vat Tax Returns Etc & Calculation of TDS,
deposition of Tax,
