Job Description:
Format the typescript and graphic elements using XML scripts to produce publication-ready material.
Roles and Responsibilities:
 Check preliminary and final proofs for errors and make necessary corrections.
 Study layout or other design instructions to determine work to be done and sequence of operations.
 Write XML scripts and appropriate conditions to align and formatting the files to get the correct output
file.
 Prepare sample layouts for approval, using computer software.

 Get the PDF files from the client that needs to be processed
 Covert those files into Word format in order to modify for the exact results using ABBY PDF
transformer.
 Convert the word files into txt files for the modifications using One Touch tool.
 Using the reference files, processing the txt files and evaluating for the final output.
 Write the XML scripts for the approved txt files using software tools and send to customer.
 Clear team member queries and resolve the issue.
 Work with the clients to improve the SOP.
 Creating the monthly reports of file processed and approved for final outputs
 Root Cause Analysis for all the Internal Team escalations.
 Preparing Minutes of meeting and sent to the team.
 Leading team huddles and shares the new updates with team.
