Senior Instructional Designer
Responsibilities: ELearning Developer: Design and develop eLearning curriculum for
both self-led and instructor-led training initiatives using industry-
standard software and adult learning methodologies. Conduct training
needs analyses and blended learning curriculum for company-wide
customers, including field, customer service and employee development
operations. Develop eLearning for skill reinforcement and job
knowledge enhancement. Develop tools, such as student games,
interactivities and job aids to enhance instructor-led training. Write
scripts for self-led modules and narrate CBTs when appropriate. Develop
tests and other knowledge check processes using methodologies
developed by ACT college-prep testing organization.
Chair, Ameren Storyline User Group: Lead formal collaboration of
Ameren’s eLearning professionals and facilitate inter-company network
