STRENGTH :
The site proposed is centrally situated from the point of view of its location with respect to the
Aamby Valley City.
It is having undulating topography commanding a picturesque landscape of the surrounding hilly
terrain and water body.
All the basic infrastructure facilities of road , water supply ,power supply and drainage system are
readily available on the site.

6. OPPORTUNITIES :
In view of the situation of the site , its physical features are ideal for spa development and
availability of the basic infrastructure it can be considered as having lot of potentiality for its
development opportunities as an ancillary user of the whole Project.
WEAKNESS:
The site is already partially developed as an Artisan Village and since the frame work of the
structures has already built upon, there is hardly any scope for architectural planning &
structural designing.
Huge amount have been spent there on and considering the proposed use as
“SPA” becomes restrictive..

7. THREATS:
The structures already built upon the site is mainly timber framed . Since these structures
are constructed about 6to 7 years ago are very badly exposed to the extreme climatic
conditions here especially during monsoons. As a result , most of the timber members of the
structures are showing signs of decay . This factor would certainly affect the the life of the
structure proposed.
