LinkedIn Summary I've been drawn to leadership and developing those skills all my life. In high school, classmates came to me for advice. Early in my career, I became known for my interpersonal effectiveness and ability to build bridges between groups. Next, I refined those skills and added more while establishing improved planning and project management processes across a 350 person department. Lately, I’ve inspired my teams to better alignment with strategy and increased productivity. As a leader, I am supportive, positive, open and honest. I challenge and inspire my team to meet and exceed expectations. I get people marching to the beat of the same drummer. Top items that set me apart: • Simplification is always appreciated – Make it easy for others to do their work • I listen to other’s ideas, add in my thoughts, and solicit yet more insights to get the best results • I’m the calm one - I jump right in – I like to put fires out • I create order out of the chaos • I’m good at inspiring others to do things they never knew they could • Delivering Excellent Results in all that I do is what matters I thrive on discussing leadership, projects or business. I am interested in a position as a director of a project office in an organization that would like to increase productivity and improve their project management maturity level.
