For years people have asked me what I do. When I told them I was an Information Architect they stared blankly as though I was speaking another language. I liked to lighten the mood by saying, “You know those sticks inside corn dogs? I make those.” The funny thing about corn dog sticks is that they make corn dogs usable. I guess that’s a fair analogy of what I was doing as an Information Architect; making things usable.
