10. Prince’s Trust – Team Programme
What is it?
A 12-week programme of personal development training
The Programme “re-engages” young people, helping them to think
about and shape their future. In many cases it changes lives
Teams usually consist of 12-15 young people aged 16 to 25
Team members achieve a City & Guilds qualification –“Personal
Development and Contributing to the Community”

Individual customer diagnostic

Arrange 1st step appointment
Step 2 - 1st Step Appointment

Arrange additional provision

Step 3 Meaningful Fortnightly Contact
Check customer has completed agreed tasks in line with Action Plan
Review Action Plan and re-consider suitable Support Line 1/2/3
