Konnect provides a bespoke life skills course and intervention for ex-offenders, those accessing education/training, troubled families, care leavers, domestic violence victims, and job/apprenticeship seekers. Their program works with a wide range of clients and uses dynamic risk assessment, conflict resolution, and a positive attitude to motivate and inspire clients. For some clients who need prolonged support, Konnect engages volunteers to sustain the benefits of the program long-term and connects clients to education, training, and work opportunities to enable a productive future.

7. Volunteers
Experience has shown that, for some, lifestyle
changes are difficult. For these individuals a
period of protracted support is often
necessary.
We have therefore engaged with like minded
community groups to recruit, train and equip
volunteers, that the benefits of the program may be
sustained in the longer term.

with existing and bespoke

training and the work place,
thus enabling them to move
forwards and to participate in
a more productive future.
