Candidates will go online and complete an application and be prompted take the behavioral assessment.Once a candidate completes the assessment, which can be done using a computer, a smartphone, or a tablet like the iPad, the PeopleAnswers software engine will extract their Behavioral DNA.This “Behavioral DNA” is then compared against the position profile they have applied for.Your hiring managers will then have access to a detailed report explaining whether the candidate is a good behavioral fit for the dealership, or not.

For candidates to apply, you can direct them online to AudiUSA.com and their careers section, or PeopleAnswers can integrate with your dealer-specific website. Candidates will go online and complete an application and be prompted take the behavioral assessment.
  6. For the benefit of hiring managers, the system stack-ranks the candidates by fit score to allow the focus to be centered on the candidates who are the best behavioral fit to the position. PeopleAnswers categorizes candidates into four different categories, represented graphically by thumb icons and a numerical score. The higher the numerical score, the better the person’s behaviors fit the position. The system’s intuitive, easy-to-use format will be appreciated by busy hiring managers.
  7. If the hiring manager needs to drill down into the details, they can access the candidate results through PeopleAnswers. The system dynamically compiles a results summary and behavioral fit analysis instantly. Situational or behavioral-based interview questions are customized for the candidate into a comprehensive interview guide. The rich content leveraged in the assessment experience can also be used to support the development of existing employees. The coaching and development report consists of several content-rich sections to support a coaching process that betters your employees’ skill set.
