3. Analysis ‘ The Black Hole’ is one of the best computer generated animated films, throughout this film computer generated animation was used. The images above where taken from the some of the sceneries of the film, as you can see the images look very clear and realistic. However too much computer generated animations were used, this make it very hard to watch the film as the colours chosen on the computer were too vibrant. This film was a very popular film because computer generated animations were very new in 1979, as it would have appealed to many people very fascinating.

4. Analysis This sort of computer generated animation is full of bright sharp colour with some boring images created on computer. This computer generated animation does not have the same qualities as hand drawn animation, most of the images in this film ‘Insektors’ done in 1994 does not flow well when being watched. The sound track is very good but it does not go very well with the character’s movement (when moving their mouth, hands etc).

5. Analysis Shrek is a very well known computer generated animation film. Some parts of this film is hand drawn animation. The colours used in this film are very soft and simple, this helps by making it as realistic as possible. The character’s voiceovers goes really well their the character’s behaviour (movements). This is film is more modern as it was recently done in 2001, this film took 3 years. As years went by computer generated animation improved as the producers were more experienced in terms of using computer generated animation. This particular computer animation has much more character however the characters are not all in one scene, this makes it very easy to understand the storyline of this animation.
