How to cancel an order and associated penalty - Wholesale

2. How to cancel an order?
When your product is out of stock and you cannot process the order, follow the steps below to cancel it -
Note – You will be charged a penalty for cancelling the orders
Click on the Confirm & Pack tab

Click on Reject Item

Enter here the quantity of the items in the order which you

Select the reason from the dropdown and click on confirm

– If you have cancelled a partial quantity of an item, a new child item ID will be created for the cancelled item and the status of the child item so created will be Merchant Cancelled
7. How to check the cancelled orders?
Click on the Orders tab Click on the Select Filter and choose Order ID from the
dropdown
To check the cancelled order follow these steps

Enter the Order ID and click on Search icon

In case of partially cancelled order,
parent and child item IDs will be
visible on the panel like this
Here is a sample of a partially cancelled order -

Go to parent item (which can be identified by the initial Item ID)
To check the child item id of the partially cancelled order follow these steps-

Hover the mouse on the ‘arrow’ icon, you will then be able to see the created child item ID of the
partially cancelled item

In the child item, you can check the status of the item which will be merchant cancelled

No child item id will be created for a completely cancelled order

Scenario Penalties
1. Order cancelled by you before the ship deadline
2. Order not ‘shipped’ by the ship deadline
7% of selling price is deducted as the cancellation penalty
3% of selling price is deducted as the SLA breach penalty
1. Order ‘shipped’ within the grace period 3% of selling price as the SLA breach penalty levied at the ship

2. Order cancelled by you in the grace period
1. Order not ‘Shipped’ & ‘Auto-Cancelled’ after the

Note- 1. The minimum penalty amount will be Rs.35 on both SLA breaches and Cancellations by the Seller
2. These charges are exclusive of taxes
3. These penalties will be applicable on your orders only after the completion of the ‘Introductory offer’ (the first month after the activation of your account)
