How to cancel an order and associated penalty - Wholesale
1. Cancellation of the orders

2. How to cancel an order?
When your product is out of stock and you cannot process the order, follow the steps below to cancel it -
Note – You will be charged a penalty for cancelling the orders
Click on the Confirm & Pack tab

Here you can check the ordered quantities

Click on Reject Item
5. How to cancel an order?
Enter here the quantity of this item which you want to cancel
Note – You will be charged a penalty for cancelling the orders
6. How to cancel an order?
Select the reason from the dropdown and click on confirm

7. How to check the cancelled orders?
Click on the Orders tab Click on the Cancelled tab from the dropdown
Here, you can check all the orders that were cancelled by you or the customer.
8. How to check the cancelled orders?
Order status is –
a. Merchant cancelled- If the order is cancelled by you or auto cancelled due to SLA breach
b. Cancelled - If the order is cancelled by the customer

Scenario Penalties
1. Order cancelled by you before the ship deadline
2. Order not ‘shipped’ by the ship deadline
7% of selling price is deducted as the cancellation penalty
3% of selling price is deducted as the SLA breach penalty
1. Order ‘shipped’ within the grace period 3% of selling price as the SLA breach penalty levied at the ship

2. Order cancelled by you in the grace period
1. Order not ‘Shipped’ & ‘Auto-Cancelled’ after the
grace period
Note- 1. The minimum penalty amount will be Rs.35 on both SLA breaches and Cancellations by the Seller
2. These charges are exclusive of taxes
3. These penalties will be applicable on your orders only after the completion of the ‘Introductory offer’ (the first month after the activation of your account)
