• Worked in successful completion of steam economy optimization (by me)-(5.1)
• Worked in successful completion of lime consumption reduction (with team)-(750kg/MT
of white liquor).
• Worked in successful completion of alkali loss reduction in grits (by me).
• Power consumption, water consumption and gpl optimization also achieve as per target
(with team).
• WBL tank sludge handling system design and its further uses-successful completion
• Done project to reduce the deposition formation in super heater area, boiler bank
Economizer-successful completion which reduce the shuts time of boiler
• Done project to reduce the water consumption in recovery boiler from base line 30 kl
target achieve 12 kl
• Done project to reduce the dreg from the green liquor which improve the quality
of green liquor and also influence the white liquor quality and lime consumption

dehradun from 2012 to 2014
