With a wide array of experience in Accounting/Finance profession coupled with financial

government regulations, preparation and submission of all taxes on-line as per the regulations of

1. Management Trainee

Duties and responsibilities.
- I was mandated to man the KES.2m daily sales whereof I oversaw daily reconciliation of
receipts and payments and also stock replenishments.
- Created constancy of purpose towards improvement of products and services with an aim to
become competitive, stay in business and provide more jobs. This was enhanced by training
recommendations and performance evaluations of staff to warrant promotions.
- Advised on the need to cease dependence on inspection to achieve quality services and rather
emphasized on the need for employee support to express themselves freely and fully grounded
on common awareness of the ultimate objectives of the business.
3. - I instituted leadership on the job by assuming the role of briefing workers on the company’s

and all-round replenishments amid shortages in the market.
Slashed payroll/benefits administration costs 40% by negotiating pricing and fees, while
ensuring the continuation and enhancements of services.
Filing returns for VAT, PAYE, NHIF, NSSF, catering levies and streamlining the timely
submission of these statutory deductions thus fostering a stress-free working environment
