• Development of accounting staff and succession planning within the department.
• Familiarization of the Executive and Management Teams with financial awareness.
• Time plan to complete the annual profit, capital, cash and any other short-term plan
for the Company according to the format set by head office.
• Variance Analysis - to report according to formats set by head office and as
required by the General Manager on the actual performance compared to budget
and /or forecast with appropriate commentary explaining the cause, effect and
remedial.
