 Re-computes and review bank charges on our bank accounts to ensure it is within the rate in
the offer letter.
 Create account for all letters of credit in magnet for A-Z PET.LTD and monitor it until when the
LCs are liquated.
 Posting all authorized expenditures in the magnets.
 Make correcting journal entries and communicate outstanding items to proper department for
solution.
 Provide support for monthly and annual audit.
 Check our cheque registers and letter files for issues outstanding to ensure they are sorted out.
 Create account for our loan facility in magnet and ensure that interest charges are within the
