- How we began....
- The Theory- The hypothesis.. Despite some communities that are seemingly closed.. These people who value connecting will help open doors for newcomers.. These connectors are everywhere. Fred Morley`s idea.. VP Chief Economist for GHP was to seize a hold of this process and see how it could work here. We are connected and tapping into the better part of human nature can be used to advance community and economic integration for immigrants.

- Real FaceTime – Your not basing them on just what is on their resume, but their soft skills and personality. 3-5 year barrier – allows you to consider other candidates that have less than 3-5 years experience because you are meeting with them. Talent has already been vetted by some of your peers that you trust. Talent if referred to you after they have been pre-qualified and based on your needs for an employee
- We now have 20 Connector Communities across Canada and 1 community in the US (St. Louis) - After being recognized for best practice at the 2014 Cities of Migration Conference in Berlin, there are now 5 countries around the world that are interested in the implementing the program (Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, Australia and the US).
