Purpose of Assignment:
Learning the required components of documenting a problem
based subjective and objective assessment of gastrointestinal
system. Identify abnormal findings.
Course Competency:
Prioritize appropriate assessment techniques for the
gastrointestinal, breasts, and genitourinary systems.
Instructions:
Content: Use of three sections:
