National Launch Day of Horizon 2020 Proposals for 2016-17

On November 9th Officinae Verdi took part to
the convention organized by APRE for the
National Launch Day of Horizon 2020
Proposals for 2016-17 in Rome.
OV was invited to partecipate in the speech
“Suggestions for presenting a competitive
proposal: the experience of winning
projects’”, as italian representative of
excellence for European Projects.
The OV representative, Ing. Mario Colucci
(Head of Corporate Operations), began by
presenting the three European Project in
which Officinæ Verdi takes part: “R2Cities”
(FP7), “RemoUrban” (Horizon 2020) and
“Trust EPC South” (Horizon 2020) as best
practice in Social Housing, Smart Cities and
Engineering Procurement Construction.
Mr. Colucci underlined the project’s innovation and lauded the international team
involved in the three projects.
He presented also Officinæ Verdi company and its competitive advantage, which
has enabled its successful participation to the EU Projects.
The description of the fundamental role detained by OV within such projects,
comprised the development of innovative financial schemes and strategies,
investment standardization and benchmarking, measurement of energy
performance ex ante and ex post; finally, the development of a technology
payback and business cases. Moreover, a specification of the particular role
performed by OV in each project was provided in relation to the above mentioned
responsibilities.
A brief assessment of the projectual proposal sharing dynamics depicted the
logical path by which European projects are participated by an integrated
consortium of partners, each bringin their own distinctive competencies for the
realization of a common goal in the field of continuous innovation and
advancement.

As a final point, OV emphasized the influence that personal value systems exert
on the possibility to operate radical energetic interventions. Crises are seen by
the company as an opportunity to shape the current value systems, by means of
dissemination practices and economic incentives, into one where personal values
coincide with the energetic renewed system we are heading to.
