5. Sermon Notes
Walking the Path of God's Desire - Micah 6:6-8; 1 Timothy 4:7-8
ď‚ź Praise the Lord for every act of kindness being carried out by the people of
the church today, yesterday and throughout the week.
ď‚ź Give thanks to the Lord for how He is at work in your life. Praise Him for His
watch-care over you.
ď‚ź Pray for those being served throughout our community today. Pray that each
adult, student, shut-in and member of the military will discover the love of
Christ and turn and follow Him. Pray that at each service site there will be a
spiritual shift in the heavenlies as prayer is offered and people are served in
Jesus’ name.
ď‚ź Ask the Lord to use you for His Kingdom purposes this week. Offer your body
as a living sacrifice as you live for the King of kings.
ď‚ź Pray for college students as they get settled into their schools for another
year. Pray that they will maintain their faith in the Lord and influence others
for Christ.
ď‚ź Pray for Christian teachers and administrators as the school year begins. Ask
the Lord to bless them, protect them and use them to shine His light
throughout the year.
ď‚ź Pray for Colleen Mattson along with other members and friends of our
church family who are suffering from chronic illnesses. Pray for those
recovering from recent surgeries. And pray for those under hospice care and
for those who have recently suffered the death of loved ones.
