10. What will our Staff get at the End of the RPL Process If the Assessor assesses them to be Competent, based on the Unit Standards outcomes, then they will be awarded a certificate by the certifying body. This will also be recorded on the National Learner Records Database (a national registry of all certificates issued). If the Assessor does not assess them as Competent, they will be given a report identifying the areas that they need to address before certification can take place. They may be awarded a Certificate of Competence for individual unit standards.
