as it grabs the

Resulting in

Words like inside give the
viewer a small taste of the
information but suggest to get
the good stuff, further reading
is required. A good SP
More often
than not, NME
give away free
CDβs and so
forth. This also
acts as a
selling point
3. Targets
β’ The targeted audience for this magazine, in particular the issue I have
looked at, I believe to be the younger generation. The main image
indicates this as they have used a young male and emphasised his age in,
what I believe, to be a way of relating to a younger audience. As well as
this, NME use bright colours for the characteristics of the magazine which,
typically, would appeal to a younger audience more than it would an older
audience.
