In order to guarantee the success of our missions, we rely on direct approach (we target and contact potential candi-
dates interested in the position), job ad approach (we publish job ads on our recruitment platforms as well as on social
and professional networks for a wider reach) and on-the-ground approach for mass recruiting of Skilled Workers (linking
with trade, professional and technical schools, vocational training centers, local communities and villages).
AfricaWork has developed local recruitment branches in each country and is able to mobilize its on-the-ground teams
to find quickly the required skills and recruitment volumes needed. Thus, AfricaWork is best at working on project base,
setting up recruitment processes and delivering. That is especially true for large scale projects with important staffing
volume requirements. When required, AfricaWork leverages its large geographical presence providing additional skilled
resources from neighboring countries.
Advise and Supervision on Temporary Staffing : AfricaWork has an extensive knowledge of temporary staffing compa-
nies as these are intensively using its recruitment platform services. Thus, AfricaWork can advise you on your projects
requiring a temporary staffing solution. If needed, AfricaWork takes an active role in helping you find the most serious,
efficient and cost-effective temporary staffing solution, up to the evaluation and the supervision of the temporary
staffing providers along your project life.

Our Method: Recruitment or technical
assistance process
OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS
The Methodology adopted by AfricaWork aims to ensure the highest quality of the profiles sent to the Client as well
as a detailed follow-up and an ongoing communication with the Client on the progress of the recruitment.
PHASE 1: SPECIFICATION OF SEARCHED PROFILES
Scoping meeting with the Client to validate the job description and to study its requirements in terms of know-how and
soft skills: Training (studies, schools or universities targeted), Experience (technical skills, targeted companies), Mobility,
Salary and Attitude. We make sure that the candidate matches the culture and the values of the company (validation
of the job description).
PHASE 2: SOURCING OF CANDIDATES
1. Job Ads editing and multicast
Editing concise job ads based on the Client’s requirements.
Job ads posting on AfricaWork recruitment platforms, and multicasting on meta-search engines partner sites
and on social and professional networks.
2. Targeted search
Direct approach on internal resources/ AfricaWork CV database.
Direct approach on professional networks.
3. On-the-ground recruting (for Foremen, Skilled Workers and Workers)
Linking with with trade, professional and technical schools, vocational training centers, local communities
and villages.
Our local recruitment branches are permanently active on the ground to find the right profiles
in the fastest time and to be always a step ahead developing our database of available Skilled Workers.
4. Applications processing
Examination and sorting of received applications (CVs and cover letters).
5. Preselection of candidates
Candidates screening / preselection.
Sending the preselected profiles to the Client for validation based on CVs
The CVs that are validated by the Client will pass tests and interviews.
(For Foremen, Skilled Workers and Workers, the CVs are not submitted to the Client and are directly interviewed by by
AfricaWork HR Consultants).
PHASE 3: CANDIDATES TESTS AND INTERVIEWS
Candidates are invited by AfricaWork to take tests and interviews.
AfricaWork validation test in order to better understand the candidate.
Personality test.
Technical skills tests, language level tests.
Interviews with our HR Consultants to validate the candidate's skills, his / her real motivation for the position
and his / her suitability with the Client requirements.
Sending the selected profiles to the Client for interviews at the Client
PHASE 4: MONITORING CANDIDATE INTEGRATION AND GUARANTEE
AfricaWork monitors the integration of the candidate. As long as the candidate's 3 months (Workers: 1 month)
trial period is not validated by the Client, AfricaWork continues ongoing sourcing of the same profiles.
GUARANTEE: AfricaWork commits to make one new recruitment free of charge if the candidate who was recruited
leaves his / her position during the trial period, due to his / her fact or the fact of the Client, and within maximum
2 weeks (Workers: 1 day) after the departure of the candidate.

Our Method: Recruitment or technical assistance process OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS The Methodology adopted by AfricaWork aims to ensure the highest quality of the profiles sent to the Client as well as a detailed follow-up and an ongoing communication with the Client on the progress of the recruitment. PHASE 1: SPECIFICATION OF SEARCHED PROFILES Scoping meeting with the Client to validate the job description and to study its requirements in terms of know-how and soft skills: Training (studies, schools or universities targeted), Experience (technical skills, targeted companies), Mobility, Salary and Attitude. We make sure that the candidate matches the culture and the values of the company (validation of the job description). PHASE 2: SOURCING OF CANDIDATES 1. Job Ads editing and multicast Editing concise job ads based on the Client’s requirements. Job ads posting on AfricaWork recruitment platforms, and multicasting on meta-search engines partner sites and on social and professional networks. 2. Targeted search Direct approach on internal resources/ AfricaWork CV database. Direct approach on professional networks. 3. On-the-ground recruting (for Foremen, Skilled Workers and Workers) Linking with with trade, professional and technical schools, vocational training centers, local communities and villages. Our local recruitment branches are permanently active on the ground to find the right profiles in the fastest time and to be always a step ahead developing our database of available Skilled Workers. 4. Applications processing Examination and sorting of received applications (CVs and cover letters). 5. Preselection of candidates Candidates screening / preselection. Sending the preselected profiles to the Client for validation based on CVs The CVs that are validated by the Client will pass tests and interviews. (For Foremen, Skilled Workers and Workers, the CVs are not submitted to the Client and are directly interviewed by by AfricaWork HR Consultants). PHASE 3: CANDIDATES TESTS AND INTERVIEWS Candidates are invited by AfricaWork to take tests and interviews. AfricaWork validation test in order to better understand the candidate. Personality test. Technical skills tests, language level tests. Interviews with our HR Consultants to validate the candidate's skills, his / her real motivation for the position and his / her suitability with the Client requirements. Sending the selected profiles to the Client for interviews at the Client PHASE 4: MONITORING CANDIDATE INTEGRATION AND GUARANTEE AfricaWork monitors the integration of the candidate. As long as the candidate's 3 months (Workers: 1 month) trial period is not validated by the Client, AfricaWork continues ongoing sourcing of the same profiles. GUARANTEE: AfricaWork commits to make one new recruitment free of charge if the candidate who was recruited leaves his / her position during the trial period, due to his / her fact or the fact of the Client, and within maximum 2 weeks (Workers: 1 day) after the departure of the candidate. 6
