If You want to create supplier specific 1 st you need create procurement agent and you need to
added employee.
Then you need Assign supplier roles to employee 1.Supplier Administrator role 2.Supplier
Manger role
Then you can able to login to employee you can able to create supplier site information
within consultant or normal user its not work .
If You login with consultant user you can able to create Header and address information but
site information Grade Out
