A letter was issued vide this office no R-12012(15)/1/2011-MGNREGA/62420(22) dt
24.04.2013 for submission of Utilization Certificate for the financial year 2012-13. But we
have not got UC from all GPs and Blocks till date. A status of UC submission is given

32. Core issues which should be focused mainly:
1. Works from the approved AAP(Annual Action Plan) of this year to be
rolled out, without any more delay, at the rate of 15 works per gram
panchayat, by the 23rd of September, 2013. A certificate to this effect
shall be furnished by the pradhan and countersigned by the BDO, and
mailed to DNO, MGNREGA by the evening of the 23rd
. No work allocation
shall be done for less than 15 days
2. At least 5 active worksites in each GP shall be all-women worksites.
Weekly certificate by BDO.
3. If there is any complaint that supervisors are not being allowed to work,
the BDO shall immediately send intimation to the DNO,MGNREGA. Any
instance of intimidation to field staff shall be taken into cognizance and
FIR should be lodged by Programme Officer.
4. If point number 1 is felt to be non-compliable, the BDO and the Pradhan
shall jointly sign a letter addressed to the District Magistrate stating the
reasons why. If the Pradhan is not willing to sign, the fact shall be
communicated in the letter by the BDO.
