Please find enclosed herewith the Statement of Deviation Settlement charges for the
month of September, 2018 (copy available on http://sldc.rajasthan.gov.in/misl).This
Deviation Settlement Account has been issued as per Rajasthan Electricity Regulatory
Commission (Forecasting, Scheduling and Deviation Settlement and Related Matter of Solar and
Wind Generation Sources) Regulations, 2017. The constituents, which have to pay the Deviation
Settlement charges as indicated in the statement, are requested to make payments within 7
(Seven) days i.e. upto the above mentioned due date of payment into the "RE Generators State
DPA Fund (A/c No. 37534869390, IFSC/RTGS code: SBIN0031026, Bank: SBI, Collectrate
Branch, .JAIPUR) maintained by Senior Accounts Ofticer(LD), otherwise it would attract
simple interest @ 0.04% per day of delay as per the provisions of Deviation Settlement
Mechanism and related matters Regulations.
