obtain a minimum percentage of their power from renewable energy resources by a
certain date.

 NC ranks #2 for cumulative solar, Q1 2016
 As of 2015: we are holding at #2 for installations
 Cumulative Solar PV Installations:
 2,294 MW of installed solar
 4,796 solar PV installations in N.C.

Amazon backs NC’s first large-scale wind farm:
 Buying the energy to power its cloud data centers
 $400 million project on 22,000 acres (34 sq. mi.)

 Just over 100 turbines
 208 megawatts renewable energy
 Perquimans and Pasquotank counties
 Developed with Iberdrola Renewables
 Scheduled to be completed in 2016
