Product
Loyalty eCommerce is a platform for business that goes
beyond the standard framework of B2B and B2C sales
with actively rewarding loyal customers through a
system of points or bonus. The product is designed for
companies with a loyalty program or want to implement
it to sales channels.
The basic platform assumption is high flexibility joined
with exchange mechanisms of loyalty points for goods
with the possibility of cash payment. The combination of
these features allows program participants to
independently decide to dispose of their own cash points
and maximizing profits for the benefit of both parties.

Implementation of e-commerce platform is always connected with the necessity of
integration with an existing infrastructure. In case of loyalty solutions, the situation
is even more complex since they often cooperate with multiple rewards suppliers
and function within expanded partner networks.
The most common problem to solve is to combine the complex partner network with
individual preferences regarding terms of logistics and offers. Softhis Loyalty
eCommerce allows the number of integrations:
•  Extended API allows a flexible approach to the existing infrastructure and
architecture.

Softhis Loyalty eCommerce is also a powerful tool for creating promotions without
which e-commerce loyalty can not do. The platform is equipped with a number of
promotional opportunities that can be combined at different levels. The idea behind
the creation of this module was to maximize the promotional opportunities and
minimizing restrictions.
•  Targeting the promotion of the loyalty card numbers, and owned by the user the
number of points.
•  Determination of promotion for all product groups, for selected products and
even for a selected number of products from all inventory.
•  Multiplicity benefit from the promotion for customers who meet the given criteria.

Softhis Loyalty eCommerce allows users to purchase rewards directly- for cash.
User who haven’t collected sufficient number of points can, at any time, receive the
reward by paying appropriate amount in currency.
•  Possibility to individually decide about the amount of points redeemed for
rewards and/or supplementary cash payment.
•  Maximizing sales by setting no limits in purchasing rewards for cash.
•  Maximizing profits by sharing information about cash purchases with users.

Loyalty eCommerce Product Loyalty eCommerce is a platform for business that goes beyond the standard framework of B2B and B2C sales with actively rewarding loyal customers through a system of points or bonus. The product is designed for companies with a loyalty program or want to implement it to sales channels.
