Title : Focused Improvement project on Labeler Glue Reduction using DMAIC .
Period : Jun-2015 to Oct-2015
Organisation : SAB Miller India .
Description : To Reduce glue consumption ( From 150 gm/HL to 120 gm/HL).
Result : Completed Labeler Glue usages Reduction Project from 157 Gm/Hl to 120 Gm/Hl got a
Savings of Rs 25 lakhs per year .
