Control Plan)
Process Engineering:
• Identifying scope for Poke Yoke, Kaizens, technological changes to enhance work efficiency & quality
of product
• Improvising productivity level of assembly lines by identifying bottlenecks, effective line balancing,
optimizing work-distribution and refining the workstations to ergonomic designs
• Process & tool capability study to minimize variations in the process.
• Handling changes in existing products as per customer requirement
• Handling customer concerns & countermeasures for the same to deliver quality products.
• Up-keeping plant tooling such as jigs & fixtures
• Directing and leading the technical personnel. Imparting continuous on job training to the workforce for
