HOW MUSCLES MAKE YOU MOVE


WELL IT AIN'T BY ASKIN' NICELY

Actually it is an intricate series of tissue which,
when functioning as a whole, produces movement

    fascinating

    Let's learn about those tissues

    Wow fun can't wait

    Pictured: not the right tissues
TISSUES


Muscles are attached to bones; when they contract or
    extend, they move the bone

Tendons are tiny tissues that connect the muscle to the
    bone

Ligaments connect bones to each other and hold organs in
place (thank you ligaments without you we would not have that cool hip bone's
connected to the leg bone song or whatnot)


Joints are where bones come together; different types
    determine types of motion
BUT WHY DOES EXERCISING
         MUSCLES MATTER

Because we live in a defective society which creates an unrealistic
standard of muscular beauty and enforces it relentlessly through
unchecked media that desperately needs to be set to stricter
    government standards – thanks, Obama

Actually that is a valid point. That is point no. 1. Because teenagers are
    victim to this

    2. If you ever stand up quickly and get that woozy feeling, well that will
go away if you exercise more

    3. Exercise relieves stress and god knows we all have plenty

    4. It's a good habit to carry later into life!

    5. Regular exercise prevents injuries
