MAIN PART
Sitting on the floor with stretching legs, hold the elastic band with
the sole. Take the ends of elastic band with your hands. Pull the
elastic band.

Lie in your back, hold the elastic band around your back and take
the ends of it with your hands. Push from the chest the elastic band.

With arms outstretched, take the ends of elastic band with your
hands from the chest. Stretch the elastic band to the sides.

Hold the end of the elastic band with a toe, and take the other side
with the hand of this side. Frontally raising arm.
