2. About Us:
Design Health is a fitness management and consulting company that promotes physical fitness,
various exercise plans and a healthier lifestyle choice with our tools (boot camp& outdoor
activity, one on one personal training and nutrition & health counseling from our experts). We
work with individuals, corporate and residential clients, and organizations to create awareness
around health and fitness options. We are dedicated for all who want to lose fat or gain muscle
& strength or any health related issue, to enable them live healthier and get compliments from
their friends.
We have the solution to make it happen for you! Our training facility is a place where people
come to get fit, lose weight, learn to exercise right, learn to live better, eat healthier,
supplement properly and just feel amazing.
Training Sessions:
Our training sessions are planned by our trainer and are designed in a manner geared towards
the maximization of efficiency. Your time is valuable, and so is ours, so our goal is to train you
the best while taking least amount of your time.

3. Boot camp classes will be a combination of
running and weight training exercises. Boot
camp challenges every muscle in your body and
with little rest in between each set, you're bound
to feel the burn and intensity. By constantly
moving for an hour, your body has no time to
rest, therefore you are burning hundreds of
calories, even when you stop.
Nutrition and Health Counseling will help you take
proper nutrition you actually enjoy and will cook, is
more than half the challenge when getting in-
shape. A healthy diet is one that helps to maintain
or improve overall health. A healthy diet provides
the body with essential nutrition and supports
energy needs. Our counselor will help resolve your
health problems.
Personal Training will include one on one with
professional trainers. If you want the absolute best
results in the shortest time & in a best possible
healthy way then our Personal Training programs
are for you. We accept clients of all skill levels,
health issue & their current fitness level. Having
developed a wealth of experience we now offer it
to you.
