2. ROMANIA
 Our country is situated in
Eastern Europe.
 The map looks like a large
bouquet of flowers in a vase
which is the Black Sea.
 Romanian is very similar to
Italian. Many Romanians
learn Italian only by
watching TV.
 We say Buna dimineata
(Good morning)
 Buna ziua (Good afternoon)
 Buna seara (Good evening)
 La revedere (Good bye)

3. FOOD
 One of our traditional
foods is “sarmale”
which is very similar to
the greek
“dolmathakia” but they
are wrapped in pickled
cabbage leaves
instead.
 We eat a lot of cooked
food, vegetables, pork,
chicken, fruit and lots
of home made pastries.

5. SPORTS
 We like sports, but not
many Romanians do
sports.
 Most of us only watch it

 We are famous for our
gymnastics and football

6. FOOTBALL
 The National Arena in
Bucharest

7. MOUNTAINS
 Many Romanians
spend their weekends
in the mountains or at
the seaside.
 They love hiking in
nature

8. HISTORY
 We are very fond of our
history
 We have beautiful
castles and many
historical sites

9. TRADITIONS
 We keep our traditions
and love them
