TECHNICAL PROJECT:
1.Mini Project in Rastriya Ispat Nigam Limited in 3rd
Year as Mini Project entitiled.(2009)
2.Manufacturing of Tri Chloro Ethylene Project In Final Year(2010) which entitiled.
EXPERIENCE:
Since I Has Worked with the M/S Bhansali Engineering and Polymers Ltd, Abu Road
(Rajasthan) as a Technical Officer on the Oct15th,2012 to the 25thDec,2014. And it
company counted in the list of Petrochemical company and polymer industry.
1) D. C. S Handling of Yukogawa Tech. System CS 3000 R3– YOKOGAWA –JAPAN and
the Troubleshooting the Problems in the Plant. Controlling the Field operations
and parameters as a shift .It is also Plant of continuous Polymerization Reactor
process with the Production of 105 MT/day.
2) The Main Raw Material which is used for the Production of SAN are the Styrene,
CAN (Acrylonitrile),Ethyl benzene (E.B), D.M.F., with different recipes, and
different Grade change over in the Reactor Process through the Devoltaizers.
3) Knowledge of the SAP tech. and also follows the Safety terms and rules as per
Industry To Fully integrated atomization system Handling with 5’s system .Safety
norms are maintained in the Plant. Highly Exothermic Polymerization Reaction
to be Controlled.
4) CSTR, Batch Reactor, Gear Pump, Centrifugal pump, PHE, Shell & Tube Handling,
regularly the Pumps Change over should be taken as per Schedule. Responsibility
of Petrochemical compounds Safety and Maintaining, plant shut down and start
up Activity. Devolatisation of viscous polymers with Twin Lobe Pumps along with
the Ejector and Vacuum System. Controlling of every emergency during running
plant. Manpower Adjustments also done during the Shifts along with maintain
the records of Consumption of the Raw materials.
Previously I have worked with the M/S .Aditya Birla Chemicals & India Ltd., Renukoot
(U.P) which was on Feb 19th, 2011 and completed my GET within a year and
promoted as a Shift Engineer. I have successfully completed my one year and
Eight months as in this industry. My Working scope in this industry mainly
Deals:
1) D.C.S Handling of Tata Honey Well Tech. and Troubleshooting, and overcomes
the Total power Failure Conditions. Also coordinating and Handling the Field
operation for the Smooth Running of Plant.
2) It was a Plant of caustic –chlorine with a Capacity of 235 MT/day productions.
Mainly the products are the Caustic, chlorine and the Chlorine derivatives,
Hydrogen also. Primary the Raw material i.e. Gujarat Salt has to be diluted
water.(Saturator),At the High Temperature so that it can be formed as a Brine.
Brine has to be purified through the filters like Clarifiers, Anthracites Filters
then the Dr. M . Filters. And Finally in the Secondary Brine, Across the Ion
Exchange Filters it contains the resin which removes the hardness of the Brine.
3) Then It enters the Cell (Electrolysis Process) contains membrane Technology
Ion Exchange method separate formation of the Caustic and Chlorine along
with the hydrogen Gas.
4) After that the Chorine will undergo the purification system because it contains
the Moisture, So it has to be removed by the Following methods like passes
through the Chlorine Coolers, Chlorine Chillers, Drying Tower(Packed Tower)
.And the Finally Gas has to be Compressed by the Chlorine Compressors and
sent to the Liquefaction Unit for the Liquefaction to the Chlorine Storage.
Along HCL furnaces of 20MT and 35MT are also present for the production of
the HCL.
5) I also Deal with the Utility Sections which Consists of the 1000 m3 of the Cooling
Tower, Chilling Units of Thermax with 150 TR , PSA Unit of the Nitrogen, Air
Compressors. Also this unit having the two D.M Demineralised water units one
is Doshian with the 20m3 per hour and the other is Thermax of 25m3/hr
6)Also Knowledge of LN- BLADE Production , Putting the Production data on the ERP
Server maintain the T.P.M Activities related to the production. Also handling the
Manpower .which was also the Part. Also ISO-9001-:2000, ISO-14001:2004, OHSAS
18001:1999, also maintain the Audits Files.

  • 3. Since I Has Worked with the M/S Bhansali Engineering and Polymers Ltd, Abu Road (Rajasthan) as a Technical Officer on the Oct15th,2012 to the 25thDec,2014. And it company counted in the list of Petrochemical company and polymer industry.
  • 4. 1) D. C. S Handling of Yukogawa Tech. System CS 3000 R3– YOKOGAWA –JAPAN and the Troubleshooting the Problems in the Plant. Controlling the Field operations and parameters as a shift .It is also Plant of continuous Polymerization Reactor process with the Production of 105 MT/day. 2) The Main Raw Material which is used for the Production of SAN are the Styrene, CAN (Acrylonitrile),Ethyl benzene (E.B), D.M.F., with different recipes, and different Grade change over in the Reactor Process through the Devoltaizers. 3) Knowledge of the SAP tech. and also follows the Safety terms and rules as per Industry To Fully integrated atomization system Handling with 5’s system .Safety norms are maintained in the Plant. Highly Exothermic Polymerization Reaction to be Controlled. 4) CSTR, Batch Reactor, Gear Pump, Centrifugal pump, PHE, Shell & Tube Handling, regularly the Pumps Change over should be taken as per Schedule. Responsibility of Petrochemical compounds Safety and Maintaining, plant shut down and start up Activity. Devolatisation of viscous polymers with Twin Lobe Pumps along with the Ejector and Vacuum System. Controlling of every emergency during running plant. Manpower Adjustments also done during the Shifts along with maintain the records of Consumption of the Raw materials. Previously I have worked with the M/S .Aditya Birla Chemicals & India Ltd., Renukoot (U.P) which was on Feb 19th, 2011 and completed my GET within a year and promoted as a Shift Engineer. I have successfully completed my one year and Eight months as in this industry. My Working scope in this industry mainly Deals: 1) D.C.S Handling of Tata Honey Well Tech. and Troubleshooting, and overcomes the Total power Failure Conditions. Also coordinating and Handling the Field operation for the Smooth Running of Plant. 2) It was a Plant of caustic –chlorine with a Capacity of 235 MT/day productions. Mainly the products are the Caustic, chlorine and the Chlorine derivatives, Hydrogen also. Primary the Raw material i.e. Gujarat Salt has to be diluted water.(Saturator),At the High Temperature so that it can be formed as a Brine. Brine has to be purified through the filters like Clarifiers, Anthracites Filters then the Dr. M . Filters. And Finally in the Secondary Brine, Across the Ion Exchange Filters it contains the resin which removes the hardness of the Brine.
  • 5. 3) Then It enters the Cell (Electrolysis Process) contains membrane Technology Ion Exchange method separate formation of the Caustic and Chlorine along with the hydrogen Gas. 4) After that the Chorine will undergo the purification system because it contains the Moisture, So it has to be removed by the Following methods like passes through the Chlorine Coolers, Chlorine Chillers, Drying Tower(Packed Tower) .And the Finally Gas has to be Compressed by the Chlorine Compressors and sent to the Liquefaction Unit for the Liquefaction to the Chlorine Storage. Along HCL furnaces of 20MT and 35MT are also present for the production of the HCL. 5) I also Deal with the Utility Sections which Consists of the 1000 m3 of the Cooling Tower, Chilling Units of Thermax with 150 TR , PSA Unit of the Nitrogen, Air Compressors. Also this unit having the two D.M Demineralised water units one is Doshian with the 20m3 per hour and the other is Thermax of 25m3/hr 6)Also Knowledge of LN- BLADE Production , Putting the Production data on the ERP Server maintain the T.P.M Activities related to the production. Also handling the Manpower .which was also the Part.
