money from the tax payments .

Waste management staff needs training to
develop professional habits .
During Soviet Union garbage always were thrown into the
waste dead points or into the rivers, thus it continues in
rural regions.

People should concern about environmental pollution caused by leaving
garbage into the nature

To purchase well modified vehicles to
transport garbage properly
Transportation of the waste materials is conducted by obsolete
vehicles without meeting healthy standards
Supply remote villages with waste
containers

9. On going ?
The process of creating legislation about waste management is
started where are involved “Regional Development Ministry” ,
NGO’s and International organizations.
NGO’s figure out the exact amount of payment for waste management in
order to make exact policy to conduct payments .
Government paves the way to develop recycling business.
• Government helps business to find huge markets for their products.
• Thus money that is saved from the terminating subsidies will be used
for other priorities.

10. Municipalities are going to purchase containers that make people
able to separate waste materials.
Staff who works directly into
the waste management are
going to get new skills by
manifold seminars.
Main goals of the seminars are :
• improvement of logistics
• develop communication

11. In order to increase interest in protection
of environment from waste materials
• Broadcasted documentaries about environmental
issues.
• Numerous booklets and articles are published to
promote waste management .
