and issuing of materials. The major benefits of this product will be increased accuracy and
timeliness, which will result in substantial cost saving and to estimate the requirements of spares
during the plant maintenance. The major modules include
 Stores Management: Form31, LR/RR Details, Unload Report, Material Inward Slip,
Rejection System, Store Receipt Voucher, Store Issue Voucher, Material Return Note,
Material Transfer Note, and Adjustment Voucher.
 Purchase Management: Indent Preparation, Pre Enquiry, Vendor Selection,
Enquiry, Comparative Statements preparation, Draft Purchase Order and Purchase
Order.
 Account Maintenance: Maintain cash/bank Payment/Receipt voucher, adjustment
