Mainframe and handle schedule change request,addition of new programs to mainframe schedule

components are customized. Absence of data archival process resulted in increase in data

assess the server performance, identify the high cost query and tune it to improve the
performance.
Responsibilities:

Develop a custom report and publish it in XML in burst mode. Report will fetch check remittance
details from Oracle payments and generate list and sent to individual vendor via e-mail.

b. AP SWIFT BANK
Project Description:
To facilitate the management of the correct Bank ABA Routing numbers, a custom process was
developed to load current Bank details based on the Acuity monthly subscription service. But
after the change of service provider from Acuity to SWIFT as the new provider, a new custom
bank load process needs to be developed based on the SWIFT file format as the SWIFT file
format and process does not match that of Acuity. Also as there are major differences between
what Acuity provided and what SWIFT provides as part of their monthly update subscription
service, new process will handle all such differences and load the bank details in Oracle.
Scope:
After the Change of Service provider from Acuity to SWIFT, A new custom Bank Load
process needs to be developed as the SWIFT file format and process does not match that of
Acuity
This new process will pick up the details from the SWIFT file and will upload into Oracle R12.
The process will use Bank name as the main criteria for handling the records. The new SWIFT

Design and build interface using PL/SQL in Oracle 11g Database.

c. Digital Defects Quality System
Project Description:
The Digital Defects program will be rolled out across all FLNA (US and Canada) PC lines in
2014 with new grower contracts,replacing the existing grower contract payment system and will
require updates to the existing Oracle system. Currently potato growers are paid based on fryer
exit quality and deductions are taken for each .10% of TOTAL DEFECT over 15.0%. The new
system will incorporate Target Appearance Scores and theoretical waste and will compare the
actual Appearance Score at fryer exit to determine the payment and deductions. All defect
calculations will be done in the SQL RIA Database and will be transferred to the Oracle QC
Results with P Value screen for inventory and payment. CA deductions will be calculated in

Oracle. The Digital Defect program will link with the Vision Sorting System to remove most
egregious defects.
Payment amount and Accept/Reject decisions will be based on the following Digital Defect
criteria:
Maximum allowed waste (<10% TBC) to clean fryer exit potato quality to meet minimal
consumer satisfaction criteria: Red Take Action Appearance Score (RTA AS). Pay for
Performance incentives and disincentives for assay Total Defects will only apply to Shearers
locations and BPOs written for specifically for the Shearers locations. Pay for Performance for
assay SOLIDS will remain the same.
There will be two separate quality specifications based on the BPO contract type FRESH or
STORAGE.
