that the Frequent Flyer processes adhere to the Internal Control guidelines. I worked as a senior

Tracie End User is a part of Cabin Crew Rostering System. TEU provides reports to Manpower

The project involves decommissioning of the VM application and FOCUS reports to the new system
comprising of ETL feeds & large no. of canned & parameterized Business Objects reports. The
Business Objects reports are published on intranet & can also be viewed through Webi. I worked as a
developer in this project. Some of the responsibilities performed by me:

Client had outsourced the maintenance of 5 of their online Business Objects Reporting applications to
Syncata under the Business Reporting Group Application Maintenance and Support project.
There are about 225 charts and tabular reports developed on 4 different Business Objects Universes,
which have been developed using Business Objects 5i with SQL Server 2000 as the database. The

site was mainly used by dealers for looking into their performance and where they stand in
comparison with other dealers. I worked as a ASP.NET and Business Objects developer in this
project. Some of the responsibilities performed by me:
 Maintenance of Business Objects Reports.
 Maintenance of the BRG Application site and responsible for any upgrade and code changes
 Creation of new reports and new ASP screens.

ITOS system includes Sales, Finance, Purchase, Export and Credit Card modules for the client
business. It was made as part of the upgrade from their old dBase system. I was involved with the
Export and Purchase module. My main role was to design the screens and code for the modules. I
played an important role for the implementation and parallel run of the whole ITOS system. My major
contribution in the project was complete development of the two important modules Purchase and
Bulkshipment. Most of the reports and utilities like data upload from the existing system to the new
system was also done by me. Some of the major responsibilities performed by me:
 Creation, design and coding of major user interfaces.
 Helping customers with UAT.
 Supporting the whole ITOS system for 6 months after the implementation.
