 Movies are a type of visual communication
which uses moving pictures and sound to tell
stories or teach people something.

3. Why do we watch movies?
 We watch movies for entertainment and also when we watch,
we're not just being entertained: We're also admiring
something beautiful; learning about the world and ourselves;
connecting with communities; and contributing to positive
social change.

 A Genre is a word for a type of movie or a style of movie.

 Animated
 Comedies
 Horror movies
 Science fiction
 Fantasy

5. Why do we enjoy watching movies?
 Movies allow us to feel different emotions; thrill, happiness, sadness
 Movies allow us to escape reality
 Movies allows us to take a momentary break from life, and immerse
ourselves into a different world.

heart!?
 Yes, they possibly can and they do. As most things, it depends upon the
subject matter, the artist making the movie, the way the subject matter is
portrayed, and lastly, your individual ability to process and absorb
information on a multi depth level.
