2. Patient complains of inability to chew food due to generalized
shaking of all his teeth . On examination , severe generalized chronic
periodontitis was observed with grade 3 mobility in all teeth . Patient
is a known diabetic for the past 7 years .

were also involved with grade 3 mobility .

around all the teeth due to chronic periodontitis .

7. Extraction of mobile upper anterior teeth done under
local anaesthesia

8. Extraction of lower front teeth done and sutures
placed for faster healing .

9. Full mouth Metal framework trial seen

10. Metal trial and bite registration of the patient seen

11. Permanent and aesthetic metal ceramic bridge can be
fixed in 3-4 days .

12. Patient`s post –OP X ray shows the position of the
implants
