We offer a reconditioning service for the high value consumable parts such as shafts, housings and Shaft
sleeves. Wherever possible the parts are reconditioned back to the original drawing specification. This is a
very cost effective solution by which many of our customers have taken advantage of this facility.

The Shaft Sleeves we supplied are manufactured from stainless steel bar, with the outside diameter for
the tungsten carbide disc chrome plated to give the sleeve a hard longer lasting surface.
The chromed sleeve has proved to be very successful, by many of our customers achieving cost savings
using these rather than the standard sleeve.
We have developed many other make slurry pumps & Spares on trial basis to our customers. The wet
end material is made with Hi-chrome and alloy steel is heat treated to give the outside diameter
hardness greater than to the original drawing specification.
This gives the wet end material extended life and cost savings, the chrome plating normally
achieves, without the problem of the chrome being damaged.
