Our introductory paragraph must be to the point.
Don’t be overflowing with some typical words or with many cover
letters.
We must avoid the usual routine beginnings such as With
reference to your advertisement or In Response to your
advertisement…

5. MAIN BODY
Convincing the reader that you are the best candidate for this
job.
In this part sell your skills
Describe your academic and professional skills.
Present only the highlights of your assets.
Convince the employer how the company stands to benefit from
your skills.
Give specific details of your achievements.
Also mention your reward if you have been rewarded, also
mention the time frame of your reward. Such as I did my
internship at NATIONAL STEEL INDUSTRY.
6. CONCLUSION
Persuading the employer to action.
To make the reply easy.
Give you a chance for an interview.
Try to sound natural and appreciative.
