Four step is very Essential
 Schedule means planning the day activity, weekly long activity, and
monthly activity, etc.
 Firstly the aim and objectives of an activity are fixed in schedule and
then planning of its execution is done. So that the schedule
occupies a place of importance in the planning.
• 1- Planning - Planning is the process of construction and modification of
plans. Planning is a continuous process which ends only with the end of training.

• B-Individual
• 2- Cycle
• A- Micro –Few days
• B- Meso – few weeks
• C- Macro - Yearly
3- Phase/ Period
• Off session ( Transitional Period)
• Preparatory One, Two & Three
• Pre-competition
• Main competition

• 1- Name of the Team
• 2- Aim of the competition
• 3-Number of players
• 4- Average age of the players
• 5- Sex of the players
• 6 Training age of the players
• 7- Duration of the Camp
• 8- Total working days
• 9- Daily working hours
• 10- Total working hours
• 11-Equipment & facilities
• 12- Height, Weight, BMI, and Body fat% for all players
• 13- Diet /Nutrition & calculating daily calories
• 14- Medical check up for all players
• 15- Analysis of the pervious performances of the players
Specific Information
• 1-Physical Fitness/Motor Abilities Tests
(HOCKEY_30 mtrs. Run , Standing broad jump, Shuttle run, 600
mtrs. Run, Sit-ups, Sit and reach test, Beep test)
• 2-Physiological Tests-(Vo2 max
(Maximum Oxygen Consumption, Lung function test for recovery)
• 3-Psychological Tests-(Personality, Visual-perceptional accuracy,
Reaction time, Group cohesion, Anxiety, Motivation)
• 4-Bio-chemical Tests-(Hemoglobin level, Urea level, Uric Acid level)
• 5-Body Composition –(BMI, Body Fat%)
• 6-Anthropometrical Measurements-(Height, Weight etc.)
7- Skills Test:- Dribbling, Receiving, Passing Tackling, Scooping etc.
