1) Training Conception
its is general method and
this method timing maximum 10-12 years
and more. In this planning coach and teacher
make rough idea for training. This method
divide in three stages:
 Basic training stage
it is start for first 3 years. In
this stage coach has whole focus on motor
ability .
 Advance training stage
In this stage coach has
whole focus on sports related skill as well as
technique
 High performance training stage
In this stage coach
give training to player who perform in world
level tournament
 2) Macro cycle
it is part of training conception.
If training start from sub junior level then it will
be start from basic training stage and coach
give training by periodiztion. It also called
macro plan. Timing of this plan 4 to 12
months . Its yearly planing
3) Meso cycle
Timing of this plan 4 to 6 weeks.
in this stage player focus on technique.
In this stage coach develop specific factor of
player.
Coach give full recovery to player in this plan
 4) Micro cycle plan
It is called weekly plan. The
timing of this plan 4 to 6 days . Its part of meso
plan
5) Training session plan
It is part of micro cycle and
it has planning of every day
We divide in four parts:-
1) Structure of training
2) Introduction part
3) Training session plan (main part of intro)
4) Principle of technique
 Planning must be based upon the talent
scientific knowledge and experience
 Planning is the continue process
 Planning must be based on important factors
