2. ROSS PENHALL
This picture was drawn by a great artist
Ross Penhall. In this picture it looks like he
tried to spotlight one place with the lamp.

Sun, Lake Superior. This beautiful art
was made in 1924. He used
complimentary colors orange and blue
from the color wheel. This picture
looks really peaceful and calm.
This second painting was also drawn by Lawren
Harris and he calls this one “North Shore Lake
Superior.” This lovely painting was made in 1926
and looks happy and the beginning of a new day
because of the sun rays on the corner. Lawren
Harris used some yellow blue and grey colors.
He used some of the primary colors from the
color wheel.
4. BILL REID
The name of this artist is named
Bill Reid. He draws first nations
drawings and the top picture is
called “TTSAANG” (Haida
Beaver). The art was done in
1978 and used not that many
colors, orange, black, white, and
red.
This amazing picture by
Bill Reid was originally
painted in 2008, about 4
years ago. Bill Reid loves
to draw the Haida
Beavers which are these
two pictures. This
picture used a mix of
shade colors (white and
black) and normal colors
(red).
