Accessing your Email Messages on your Desktop.
Configuring Outlook Express Email Client for accessing your company Web
Based Email Account for local storage and access from your Desktop -
Step – 1
• Click on Start
• Click on Outlook Express from the menu.
Step -2
In Outlook Express
• Click on Tools
• And then
• Accounts.

• Click on Add
• Select Mail and Click

• Enter your Account Display Name – Your Name or your Full Email
Address

• Enter your full Email Address.

• Select POP3 as Incoming Server (Default)
• Enter Incoming mail – hunter.vivawebhost.com
• Enter Outgoing mail Server – hunter.vivawebhost.com
• Click on Next …

Step – 7
• Enter your full Email address
• Enter your email account password
• Click on Remember Password
• Click on Next…

Click On Finish.. You are done.. J
(Few more settings must be configured.. you can do it., go to next page. J )

• Click on hunter.vivawebhost.com
• Click on Properties.

• Select POP3
• POP3 – hunter.vivawebhost.com
• SMTP – hunter.vivawebhost.com
• Account Name: youremail@yourdomain.com
• Password: Your email account password.
• Select remember password.
• Select my server requires authentication.

• SMTP Port 465
• POP3 995
• Select both the SSL check boxes.
• Un Check Leave a copy of message on Server (Must).
• Click Apply.
• Click Close.

Step – 12
If you have followed the exact steps as show in the pictures above. And if
you are able to send and receive mails from Outlook. You have successfully
configured Outlook on your desktop.
