Current Position & work responsibility:
From 1 January 2014 to until 31 December 2015. I work in Modern
Agriculture Company (PICO) Group co, as:
1- Quality control of the final product Specialist:
- Fill out all the forms for quality withinthe packing stationbefore and during
work.
- Give the operating instructionsandspecificationsfor export crops withinthe
packing station.
- Monitoring andexaminationof the final product on a regular basis and make
sure they conform tothe specifications.
- In the case of a non-conforming product is isolatedinthe buffer zone and re-
sortedagainwith the speedof reporting on the situation.
- Monitor and make sure on the packages tracking numbers throughtracer
test model.
- Submit a report at the end of the day includes model analysis anda final
summary is displayedon the packing stationmanager and director of
productionand quality control supervisor at the farm todiscuss the errors
that are falling out and work to modify and avoid repeated again.
- Follow-uptothe temperature inside the refrigerator anddegrees of initial
cooling temperature of the coldstore.
- Follow-updevices andequipment usedand make sure calibratedand
suitability for work.
- Follow-upposters that are placedeither onthe cartonor on the final product
containers, validating andreviewedLabel Guide.
- Make sure that the packaging materials and labels identical tothe client's
requirements.
- Implementationof all delegatedtoother functions by direct manager.
2- Quality control on the filling line Specialist:
- Directing workers onthe filling line tothe correct instructionabout packing
and in terms of specificationsandinstructions of Public Health.
- Control of the filling line and random sampling to check on the scales and
specifications of the product packaged.
- Controls on tracing on cartonand make sure it’s correct.
- Ensure the cleanliness of packing materials.
- If there are any errors inthe raw product from any plot are referencedtoan
official Intake to intensify examinationonthis plot process andsendthe
mistakes of the official land quality for speedresolvedandavoided.
- Ensure matching packaging materials tocustomer's requirements.
- Evaluate the performance of employees onthe packaging lines andwork to

3- Data analysis and microbiological environmental
