How to make yourself miserable <ul><li>Make people reject you by being mean, arrogant, uncaring, and gossiping about others </li></ul><ul><li>Constantly put yourself in situations that you know will make you uncomfortable or unhappy </li></ul><ul><li>Worry about things you can’t control </li></ul><ul><li>Hang around nasty and negative people believing you can change them </li></ul><ul><li>Cultivate negative attitudes about the place you work and focus on its potential problems all the time </li></ul><ul><li>Spent most of your time blaming others </li></ul><ul><li>Think of everything or everyone who is smarter , wealthier, better looking, or better connected than you are </li></ul>
