Basic Cooking Methods and Techniques / One of the first steps
in learning how to cook is learning the proper cooking methods
and techniques including the various ways to cook. There are
many to learn, and they each cooking method has their
advantages and disadvantages. You’ll begin to notice a trend
when it comes to applying cooking methods to various food
items. There are some methods that are basic, and some that
are advanced cooking techniques

PRÉPARATION:
الضغ طنجرة فيو والثوابل والمعدنوس والقزبور والحمص العدس يضع ظ3من كوب
تقريبا لمدة النار فوق محكوكة وبصلة محكوك وطماطم ماء15الماء نظيف ثم دقيقة
كمية حسب نريده الذي الكافي5وضامة المعجون وطماطم الشعرية ونظيف دقيق
كوب معه ونخلط الدقيق نضع اخر وعاء في .شوي شوي نحرك البنةنخلط الماء من
يترك ثم من التحريك مع نطيفه ثم10جاهزة الحريرة تكون بعدها النار فوق دقائق
COMMENTAIRES:
الظبخ سهلة النها اآلخر حت نتركها للشعرية .بالنسبة
كاملة ليلة الماء مع ويترك االستعمال قبل ماء في يوضع االفضل من للحمص بالنسبة
INGRÉDIENTS:
Caspour / Maadenus / Céleri / Tomate / Pâte de tomate
Obésité de Labneh Knorr / vermicelles / lentilles / pois chiches
Farine / eau / oignon / sel / graine / tahmara / Harqum baladi
PRÉPARATION:
Dans un autocuiseur, mettez les lentilles, les pois chiches, la coriandre, le métal, les épices, 3 tasses d'eau, les
tomates écrasées et un oignon écrasé sur la cuisinière pendant environ 15 minutes, puis nettoyez l'eau suffisante
que nous voulons en fonction de la quantité de 5 farine et nettoyez les nouilles, la pâte de tomate et le labneh.
Nous remuons le gril. Dans un autre bol, mettez la farine et mélangez avec une tasse d'eau, mélangez puis
ramollissez-la en remuant, puis laissez 10 minutes sur le feu, après quoi la calorie est prête
COMMENTAIRES:
Quant aux nouilles, on la laisse jusqu'à l'autre car elle est facile à cuisiner.
Quant aux pois chiches, il vaut mieux le mettre dans l'eau avant utilisation et le laisser avec de l'eau pendant
toute une nuit
